Artistic Berlin

Berlin is a treasure chest for art lovers.  Each day and for every taste there is something to discover, no matter if it’s a well known artist or an unknown photographer, a huge gallery or a tiny studio. Among the various exhibitions right now you’ll find three revolutionary artists each of them in their own special way.

There is Frida Kahlo with her work that shows pain and passion, there is the surreal, bizarre but genius Salvador Dalí and from the contemporary section you’ll find the spectacular Olafur Eliasson.

There is nothing new from my side that WIKIPEDIA couldn’t already tell about these artists. So I would say, refresh your knowledge and dive into the real exhibits. Enjoy! Have fun! And maybe you feel like sharing your impressions with us?!! 😉

  1. I’m pretty sure I’ve seen this Dali-exhibition in London, years ago. Back then it really was a waste of money: mostly drawings and sketches on display and overall the expo was poorly made. Mainly to draw the crowds in with the big name, so I was very dissapointed. Couldn’t hold a candle to the Dali-muséum in Figueras (which holds almost all of Dali’s most important works)
